OB / GYN Physician Position in West Long Branch, NJ. $60K Sign on Bonus

Our affiliate, Lifeline Medical Associates, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in West Long Branch, NJ. About the Practice :

The practice currently has 6 OB / GYN physicians, 3 certified nurse midwives, and great support staff. The practice has a solid patient base that has been built up over 30 years of providing excellent care to patients in the New Jersey shore area. There are 3 practice locations and the hospital utilized for deliveries and surgical procedures is Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. This is an excellent hospital system with a solid reputation that includes women's health subspecialists, a level 3 NICU, and the da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN surgeries. A great opportunity for a graduating resident or an experienced physician to join a practice that is growing, in a great location, and will provide a great career working in many facets of women's health.

Practice Highlights :

• 6 physicians, 3 nurse midwives
• 3 practice locations in West Long Branch, Lakewood, and Middletown
• Monmouth Medical Center is one of the largest community academic centers, and an affiliate of RWJBH, with a level 3 NICU, robotics for GYN surgical procedures, and women's health subspecialists
• Established practice that has built up a solid patient base over 30 years
• Office patient census : ~25?30 / day
• Strong balance of both OB and GYN ? will perform about 10?15 deliveries per month with about a half day per week of GYN surgery
• Teaching is available through the hospital residency program
• Great work / life balance
• 1 in 5 call schedule with 1 in 5 weekend call coverage
• Excellent compensation and benefits
• Top of specialty potential earnings if partnership is pursued
• 4 weeks of vacation to start, 5 weeks in year 2, and 6 weeks in year 3
• Relocation and sign on bonus of $30k, plus $30k retention bonus after 1 year
• Eligible for partnership after 3 years of tenure in the practice
