Job Description
Coders Connect are hiring on behalf of an early-stage AI research company pushing the boundaries of audio data. Their mission : build the highest-quality datasets powering speech and voice models for some of the world's leading AI labs and tech giants.
We're looking for an Audio Research Lead to drive the R&D roadmap-leading model development, research direction, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development of novel audio models and signal processing techniques
- Prototype research ideas and develop PoCs for major AI partners
- Design benchmarks to evaluate dataset quality
- Work at the intersection of ML research, data collection, and product
