Primary Care Physician - Southern California

Location : Apple Valley, CA (55 min from Lake Arrowhead)

What You Will Receive :

Competitive base salary up to $300,000

$20,000 sign-on bonus

22.5% annual incentive bonus (AIP)  based on performance

Qualifications

MD / DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active or eligible California medical license

1-2 years clinical experience preferred; new 2026 graduates encouraged to apply
