Competitive Compensated based on MGMA median plus an 8% premium compensating for not accruing paid vacation. Compensation is paid on a daily shift rate basis – either 4 / 10s or 5 / 8s. The provider will work a minimum of 185 shifts per year if working 4 / 10s, and 231 shifts per year if working 5 / 8s.

RVU Productivity Bonus – paid when exceeding MGMA median

Ramp-up Expectations – based on encounters and dependent upon provider experience, with expectations to achieve MGMA median by the end of 6 months for experienced providers, or 1 year for providers new to practice.
