Title : Controller

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Salary : $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Develop, maintain, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

Coordinate and manage audits, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other applicable standards

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements

Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage)
