As a Patrol Officer at a prominent retail location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for everyone on site. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication with visitors and staff. What Youll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and local authorities as required. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements. Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points and / or verifying credentials as needed. Provide visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other unwanted activities throughout the retail location. Minimum Requirements : Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
