Construction Superintendent

Virtue Construction Partners LLC is a self-performing commercial general contractor headquartered in Houston, Texas. Virtue offers interior and exterior renovations and repairs, build-out, Job Order Contracts (JOC), facilities maintenance and reactive services 24 / 7.

Virtue Construction is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Superintendent to provide field leadership for our variety of prestigious clients. The superintendent should have the ability to manage time and various size crews, motivate and lead the team to successful project completion, and be safety oriented to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise commercial construction projects
• Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site
• Forecast and control project schedule and budget
• Manage self-performing crew, subcontractors, vendors and construction site organization
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections
• Ensure safety, contract compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Collaborate with project manager on estimating and scheduling to meet project goals
