A company is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of BDRs in inbound lead qualification and outbound opportunity generation
Develop strategies to optimize team performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation tactics and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs, preferably in Cybersecurity or related fields
Experience with funnel management across multiple channels such as inbound and outbound
Hands-on experience in onboarding and developing sales teams
Proficiency with sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms
Experience prospecting or selling into Enterprise accounts is preferred
