Job description
  • HIRING MULTIPLE - - Tech Support Specialists
  • MUST HAVE 2 years' experience in technical customer phone support or similar call center experience.
  • FULL TIME = 40HRS ONSITE (not remote)
  • What you will be doing :

    • You will receive top of the line training in our cutting edge hybrid inverter technology. This is NOT an IT Computer Help Desk Support position.  You will be providing technical support for our hybrid inverter technology.
    • Improving customer satisfaction by helping our customers (Homeowners) and installers to solve technical problems as well as support installers during commissioning (email or phone).
    • Documenting received cases and following up in a timely manner.
    • Cooperating with Certified Field Service Technicians and Field Application Engineers.
    • Use and maintain the support knowledge base.
    • Continuously learn new practices and technology that effect the renewable energy industry.
    • Working with industry partners to support integration efforts.
    • Requirements :

    • MUST HAVE 2 years' experience in technical customer phone support or similar call center experience.
    • Possess basic understanding of electrical knowledge.
    • Commit to a fast and dynamic environment with a growing company.
    • Have a "Can Do" attitude, willingness to learn, passionate about solving problems.
    • Ability to maintain and surpass key performance indicators.

      Benefits :

      Salary Range : Hourly ($24 - $28 / Hour based on experience).

      Location : This position is in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area) - Full Time = 40hrs.
