Job Description Summary

The Business Integration Assistant assists the Director of Business Integration in fostering operational excellence by supporting training initiatives streamlining knowledge management systems and enhancing role-based security and onboarding processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams. The role contributes to the successful execution of technical projects through cross-functional collaboration proactive problem-solving and continuous process optimization. The role also explores and recommends innovative AI solutions fostering a culture of collaboration and digital transformation among team members and business partners to improve operational performance.

Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds. No adverse environmental conditions expected. Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another. Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces. Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
