Job description

Physical Therapist - Full Time

PT Responsibilities :

  • Deliver therapy services to patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide prevention and wellness services, including health screenings and promotion.
  • Educate patients and staff to improve outcomes and engage in critical inquiry.
  • Supervise and direct physical therapy services, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and data security in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for all.

PT Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BA / BS, Master's, or Clinical Doctorate).
  • State of Minnesota Physical Therapy License.
  • BLS / CPR Certification.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
