Shift : Monday - Friday | 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

As a Pediatric Home Care LPN with UnityPoint at Home, you’ll work one-on-one with children and their families to develop the care plan that is right for them. With full- and part-time openings, you have the flexibility to choose the schedule that best fits your life. Our pediatric nurses make it possible for patients to receive the care they need where they’re most comfortable – in their homes

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric-young adult patients with special health care needs for shifts of time in the patient’s home. Perform prescribed activities directed under the patient’s physician’s care which may include; patient assessments, feedings, respiratory system management, medication administration, activities of daily living, and therapy programs. Assist in care coordination with care team. May be responsible for transportation of patient.
