Qualified Candidates :

• Board certification required in their specialty
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
• IP position with possible OP clinic if desired
• Medical Director with oversight of 28-bed IP unit
