Role Description

This full-time, on-site Pharmacy Resident position is located in the Houston, TX. The Pharmacy Resident will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, engaging in patient care services, and applying pharmacy practice principles. Additional responsibilities include compounding medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care
• PGY1 and PGY2 is highly preferred with any prior PICU experience
• Skills in Patient Care and delivering effective healthcare solutions
• Experience in medication Compounding and related pharmaceutical processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and eligibility for licensure in TX
• Experience in residency programs or similar healthcare settings is a plus
• Should be licensed in TX

This position is a full-time / W2 position with one of our Big-5 hospital clients in Houston, TX (relocation can be possible for the right candidate)
