Description :

Position is for an RNFA.

Start date is 2-3 months from signing due to privileging process.

Shift is during the day with a 1 : 1 patient ratio.

Call is required one day per week and one weekend every eight weeks.

Weekends are required every eight weeks.

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of RN experience, with three years specifically as an RNFA.

Experience in orthopedic, general, and spine procedures is necessary.

No first-timers will be accepted for this position.

Orientation will involve fifty hours of training.

The successful candidate must go through a privileging process before starting.

Scrubs will be provided.

Charting systems used include Epic and specific tools related to the position.

Daily patient care will involve adults and geriatric populations.

The role requires proficiency in acute inpatient operating room settings.

Candidates must possess skills in various surgical procedures and techniques.
