Job descriptionBachelor's or Masters of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program CHT strongly preferred Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture Excellent communication skills across all levels Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers Collaborative, team-building personality style Servant leader mindset

- 70% Hands / Upper Extremities & 30% Stroke & ADLS
- Work on a team with 2 other CHTs and receive direct mentorship and training from them
- Formal onboarding process (4-6 weeks)
