Description :

Work dates needed : ASAP through December, with the potential to extend.

Preferred schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Coverage needed for 2-3 weeks per month.

Worksite setting is outpatient.

The scope of work involves an outpatient endocrine clinic.

Patients seen include those with diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, and PCOS.

New patients are scheduled for 40 minutes, while follow-up patients receive 20 minutes.

There is a limit of 10 patients per session, with 8 clinic sessions per week.

An average of 20 patients are seen per day.

The focus is on geriatrics, with high volume and low intensity.

Local providers preferred, but not required.

Credentialing timeframe is 60 days with temporary options available for clean files.
