We are a rapidly expanding, multi-state leader in home services and restoration, operating with more than 100 employees and an established revenue base of over $12 million annually in the restoration division alone. Our organization supports a high-volume call center, multiple service lines, and a strong field workforce across locations including Raleigh, Norfolk, Richmond, Baltimore, and Alexandria.

As we continue to scale our restoration operations, we are seeking an experienced Director of Restoration Operations to lead multi-location teams, develop operational excellence, and drive both revenue and profitability across the region. This position oversees multiple Restoration Service Managers and their teams, ensuring consistent processes, high-quality work, and exceptional customer experiences across all branches.
