What Youll Do
Ensure resident service requests are handled in a timely mannerTroubleshoot and perform necessary repairs to the community including plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electricalComply with of OSHA / EPA regulationsMaintain the exterior / interior of the community to exceed apartment living standardsEnsures the community and staff follows Fair Housing regulations nationally / locally and other laws governing Multi-Family operationsAny other additional task requiredAre you passionate about pushing the limits? Who You Are
High School diploma, GED or related experience and / or trainingMust have a valid Drivers LicenseBackground in excellent customer serviceEPA Universal HVAC Certified for refrigerant recyclingProvide own hand tools and must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment and measuring devicesMust be able to transport items weighing up to 25 poundsProficient communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to multi-task and strong organizational skills are requiredAble to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergenciesMust be able to perform work both inside and outsideExcellent attitude, teamwork skills and self-motivatedEnergetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientationAble to approach problems both logically and creativelyConfident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside partiesSensitive to confidential information and mattersAbility to work in a team environment and help teammates as necessaryDaily ascending / descending of stairs and occasionally of ladder to perform work ordersMust be able to perform work both inside and outsideContinuous walking and standingMust be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of timeMust be able to move, bend, squat, stoop, twist, climb stairs and turn to perform day to day responsibilitiesCompensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.We are an equal opportunity employer.
