Summary :

Clients Digital Experience team is redefining how patients and customers engage with healthcare through AI-driven innovation omnichannel strategy and human-centered design. We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead UX / UI and customer experience strategy across high-impact digital products. This role is both strategic and hands-onshaping product vision elevating design standards and mentoring the next generation of designers.

Responsibilities :

• Drive the UX / UI and CX design strategy for key digital products within the CX Suite.
• Translate user needs and business priorities into intuitive high-performing digital experiences.
• Lead design vision standards experimentation and innovation workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering Analytics Business Product Owners) to build aligned product roadmaps.
• Present and evangelize UX / CX strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Define user needs prioritize features and set measurable experience KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end design executionfrom research through delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of design excellence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in partnership with Legal Privacy & Compliance teams.
