Quality Engineer (L10 - 1st Shift)

Foxconn is seeking for a  Quality Engineer  that performs reviews of all PCBA, Mechanical and System Level factory yield and failure analysis data provided by the Manufacturing Quality engineers and Failure analysis technicians.

This position identifies trend items and drives root cause and corrective actions on those Items.

Work involves communicating with both internal and external customers and suppliers.

This position will drive the sub-tier quality initiative.   Job Responsibilities Include :

• Responsible for the Weekly Quality summary report / s for both the internal team and external customer.
• Monitor defect trends and engage both our sub-tier vendors and the factory when those trends impact quality goals.
• Responsible to drive both the sub-tier vendors and factory for root cause and corrective action on all trend items.
• Responsible for the report on sub-tier and factory failure analysis reports to both the internal quality team and the external customer.
• Other duties as needed.

Education Requirements and Ideal Experience Includes :
