We are looking to add a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to our growing clinical team. As a respected provider of behavioral health services throughout County, NY , we deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to older adults residing in nursing homes and assisted living communities.

Requirements

Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license , with certification as a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Ability to function autonomously while managing a steady caseload across multiple facilities.

Strong clinical assessment skills and solid understanding of psychopharmacology and therapeutic treatment options.

Clear, compassionate communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Comfort with EHR platforms and standard computer applications.
