💰 Salary : $285,000 per year (2-Year Guarantee) + RVU Bonus Structure

🔹 Practice Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving outpatient practice in scenic Claremont, NC . Enjoy work-life balance with a 4-day workweek , no weekends or holidays , and a supportive team culture in a well-established practice.

💼 Position Highlights :

Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (4 days / week)

No OB, No Weekends, No Evenings

Telephone Call Only (Approx. 1 : 31)

Closed for 1-hour lunch daily

Outpatient Only — see a broad spectrum of primary care cases

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible site

💲 Compensation & Benefits :

$285,000 Base Salary (2-year guarantee)

RVU Bonus Potential – switch to productivity-based pay when ready
