We are looking for a Performance-Based PR Strategic Account Manager to drive the success of our clients' public relations initiatives through strategic planning, performance optimisation, and impactful storytelling. This role combines strong PR expertise with a results-driven mindset and basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency space.

You'll serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering tailored PR strategies aligned with their business goals and working closely with the COO to ensure strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and collaboration

Conduct regular consultations to align PR strategies with client goals

Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance brand visibility

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop comprehensive PR strategies in collaboration with the Strategy team

Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify PR opportunities

Translate strategic plans into actionable campaigns that drive measurable results

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

Define KPIs and metrics to measure campaign success

Track media coverage, social media engagement, and other PR metrics

Analyze performance data and provide clients with actionable insights

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal PR teams, creatives, and external partners

Align PR strategies with broader marketing and content initiatives

Ensure seamless communication between departments for cohesive campaign execution

Risk Management & Crisis Communication

Identify and mitigate potential PR risks with proactive planning

Monitor industry news cycles to stay ahead of emerging issues

Develop and execute crisis communication strategies as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in PR account management, strategic communications, or related roles

Intermediate knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong ability to craft compelling press releases and media pitches

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
