Job descriptionOutpatient Clinic : Monday-Friday Inpatient Call : Variable Mon-Fri + 1-2 weekends / month (minimum 1) Shift Type : Day clinic + night pager call Structure : Scheduled clinic hours plus call Call Type : Beeper Call Ratio : 1 : 3 Response Time : 20 minutes Provide inpatient pediatric coverage including admissions and rounding Manage assigned and unassigned pediatric patients Cover outpatient pediatric clinic during weekdays Collaborate with nursing and specialty staff to support patient care Board Certified in Pediatrics - Required Active WI Medical License - Required (IMLC accepted) BLS & PALS Certifications - Required Pediatric Fellowship Training - Preferred Type : Locum Tenens Start Date : January 1, 2026 Duration : Ongoing Schedule : Monday-Friday clinic + variable call coverage Pay Rate : Competitive - inquire for details Referral Bonus : Generous referral fees available Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient pediatric work Manageable call rotation and flexible ongoing schedule Supportive hospital environment with a strong pediatric team A rated malpractice Weekly direct deposit 24 / 7 dedicated recruiter support Professional onboarding and credentialing Prepaid travel and lodging Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
