Cardiothoracic Surgery First Assist, Louisiana - Locums PA

Join a high-performing CTS team near New Orleans with full-time weekday blocks and a 1 : 3 call rotation.

Highlights

Two openings; help build a true 1 : 3 call schedule
Ongoing weekday need; start in 30 days
Block scheduling flexibility around your calendar
Work alongside 5 surgeons and advanced OR support

Practice Setting

Inpatient and OR-focused role

Full scope CTS / CVS, including transplant support

Vein harvesting required

Tight-knit team with advanced tech and experienced staff

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm

Every third day and weekend call

Ongoing assignment with no end date

Full-time blocks or part-time options considered

Cases and Procedures

Adult cardiothoracic surgery

Vein harvesting and transplants

Consistent surgical volume across full case spectrum

Requirements

Board Certified Physician Assistant

Active Louisiana license required

Travel Accommodations
