Multisystemic Therapy, an ecological, evidence based programs directed at youth and their families, uses the collaboration of community based resources such as caseworkers, probation / parole officers, and school professionals. Community-Based therapists and clinicians concentrate on empowering parents and improving their effectiveness by identifying strengths and developing natural support systems and removing barriers.

As a Therapist on our team, you will be responsible for providing in-home assessment, treatment, case management, crisis intervention and advocacy to adolescents and families. You will also be responsible for maintaining fidelity to the MST model and coordinating with all members of the treatment team to achieve targeted outcomes.

SALARY AND BENEFITS :

The starting salary for a Cuyahoga County MST Therapist is between $58,220-$64,220 (includes base salary and on call / cell phone stipends) depending on degree and licensure. MST Therapists also receive a first year $2,000 sign on bonus second year $4,000 as well as ability to earn an additional $3,000 plus per year in model adherence bonuses . Estimated at 16-20 cases per year.
