• Group is 15+ providers
• Group has offices in West Covina, Covina, El Monte, La Puente, and Rialto
• Monday - Friday practice with 9 AM to 5 PM office hours
• Strictly outpatient practice
• See 20 to 25 patients per day
• Contract position with base remuneration and stipend for benefits
