Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,626 per week in Decatur, IL

Job Title : Physical Therapist Profession : Therapy / Rehabilitation Specialty : Outpatient Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 10 Experience : Minimum 1 year required. License : Must have a valid state license in hand at submission. Certifications : BLS required. Must-Have : - Previous experience in outpatient settings. - Ability to accommodate schedule requests. - Experience with a variety of patient diagnoses and treatments. Description : Position available for an outpatient physical therapist. The shift is 4x10 days. Weekend requirements are flexible and only as desired. First-time travelers are accepted. No on-call duty is required. Clinician may float as needed within the facility. Additional flexibility with schedule requests may be discussed with management. Local candidates are accepted without radius restrictions. RTO restrictions ideally should not exceed 5 days. Client may call off up to 36 hours during the assignment. Any cancellations beyond this limit will incur billing. The role involves working with a diverse patient population and treating various conditions. An understanding of charting systems is necessary, specifically experience with Cerner is preferred. The candidate should possess strong assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skills. Ideal candidate will have experience with assistive devices and patient education. Floating among departments or to affiliate facilities may be required. Candidate must complete all compliance and onboarding processes promptly. Respectful and professional behavior throughout the assignment is essential. The candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays during the contract. All non-clinical hours must be completed as required. Modules will be completed virtually on the first day.
