About the Role

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through :

• Providing individualized and group therapy
• Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR / Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
• Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
• Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
