Job Details :

Title : Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Location : Pahrump, NV

Duration : 13 - Weeks

Schedule : 36 hours / week

Shift : 12x3 Nights

Weekly Gross Pay Range for Travel package including stipend : $2100.00

Weekly Gross Pay Range for Local package : $1900.00

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and guide nursing and non-licensed staff in daily activities.
• Provide direct patient care, triage, and emergency treatment as needed.
• Monitor inmate / resident hospitalizations and manage medical services efficiently.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of medical records.
• Assist with audits, accreditation processes, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with facility staff, contract providers, and outside agencies.
