Qualifications :
High school diploma, some college preferred.
1+ years experience using irth Utilisphere or other One Call Ticket Management software, Locator, One Call Center or GIS experience preferred.
Key Competencies :
Knowledge of One Call Program
Knowledge of telecom utility infrastructure
Strong attention to detail
Accurate and efficient reading comprehension skills
Ability to communicate professionally via email and phone
Ability to work independently and stay on-task in remote environment
Basic computer skills in MS Office Suite
