Key Responsibilities

Design high-converting landing pages optimized for lead generation and conversions

Produce large volumes of static creative for various ad campaigns

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in production or performance design

Proven portfolio of conversion-focused landing pages or ads

Strong command of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted tools

Understanding of CRO principles and responsive design

Comfortable working in high-velocity environments with multiple campaigns
