HVAC Installer Lead

HVAC Installer Lead - Sterling Heights, MI

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer Lead to expertly manage the installation of new HVAC equipment and removal of old units. You will be responsible for ensuring that installations are performed correctly while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Install furnaces, RTUs, air handlers, AC units, mini splits, thermostats, and water tanks.
• Perform duct work and sheet metal tasks.
• Interact with customers to ensure installations meet their expectations.
• Lead and train a helper on HVAC installation techniques.

Job Type & Location :

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
