Hospitalist Opportunity – North Dakota

Compensation & Employment Models

1. Full-Time Employee (FTE) – Living in the Community

Base Compensation : $210 / hr

PM Call Coverage : $42 / hr

Call Back : $210 / hr (after 2 hours gratis)

Quality & Productivity Bonus : $10 / hr

Retention Bonus : $50,000

Residency Stipend : $2,000 / month (forgivable loan over 3 years)

Shift Coverage : 7 on / 7 off

Paid Relocation

Benefits Package :

CME : $5,000 annually

Licenses : Up to $1,000 reimbursed annually

Employer-Paid Health Insurance (HSA option)

401(k) Safe Harbor Plan : 3% company contribution

Professional Liability Insurance

2. Full-Time 1099 Contractor – Living in the Community

Base Compensation : $230 / hr

PM Call Coverage : $42 / hr

Call Back : $230 / hr (after 2 hours gratis)

Quality & Productivity Bonus : $10 / hr

Retention Bonus : $50,000

Shift Coverage : 7 on / 7 off

Ideal Candidate

BC / BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (other specialties with hospitalist experience considered)

Comfortable performing procedures

ND Medical License and DEA without restrictions, or eligible to obtain

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; team-oriented

Practice Details

25-bed hospital with a 4-bed open ICU

Flexible block scheduling with supportive administrative team

Shifts : 0700–1900 onsite, with unrestricted night call 1900–0700

APP support during peak hours

Typical inpatient census : 8–15 patients / day; admissions 2–3 / day

EMR : Meditech

Provide care for patients with acute conditions ranging from mild to complex

Expedited hospital credentialing once application is complete
