What Youll Do

Lead & Inspire your own Outside Sales Team train coach and motivate them to perform

Get in the game : Youll lead from the front by producing your own sales and closing deals with new homeowners

Build your culture : Run meetings celebrate wins and create that we win together team vibe

Grow your people : Ride along with new reps teach them the ropes and help them earn big too

Track results : Develop performance goals and watch your teams numbers climb

What You Bring

A valid drivers license and reliable ride (youll be out in the field often)

Some leadership or outside sales experience

Confidence people skills and coachability

Strong communication & time management

The drive to compete grow and win
