As a Senior Product Manager, you'll shape how fleet, rental, OEM, and logistics companies experience roadside assistance through software. You'll turn deep customer insights and market research into a clear product roadmap that extends HONK's platform beyond insurance into these adjacent markets. This outward-facing role requires building strong partnerships with enterprise clients while identifying the common mechanics that power dispatch and service delivery across all these verticals. Your roadmap will give our sales team the confidence to expand into new segments with a clear vision of what's coming next.

What You'll Do

• Conduct deep market research across fleet, rental, OEM, and logistics industries to identify shared problems and opportunities in roadside assistance and vehicle movement
• Build and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap by synthesizing external market insights with internal stakeholder needs, timelines, and sales cycles
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from requirements through launch, partnering with Engineering, Network Operations, and Data teams to ship software that scales
• Serve as HONK's subject matter expert for these industries, educating internal teams on market dynamics while identifying business cases that unlock growth
• Test multiple product hypotheses simultaneously, moving quickly between opportunities while maintaining focus on validated customer needs
• Represent product at industry events and customer meetings, building relationships that inform our strategic direction in these verticals

What You'll Bring

$135,000 - $160,000 a year

The pay for this position is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. HONK is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, commission and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
