Key Responsibilities

Design and implement data governance controls to validate data consistency across platforms

Lead initiatives to standardize data quality across various environments

Create actionable insights through BI dashboards using Power BI and Tableau

Required Qualifications

7+ years of IT experience in Healthcare Clinical and Insurance domains

4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance and Data Quality

Strong proficiency in Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and data lake technologies

Experience in developing audit controls and automated reporting for healthcare claims and payment systems

Expertise in SQL, Hive, Oracle, Teradata, and ETL tools like Talend
