Join Our Team as a Float Pool Registered Nurse!\n\nOverview : \n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Float Pool RN, you will assess patient and family health needs, lead the planning and implementation of nursing care, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by the team. You will ensure safe and effective nursing practices are administered to patients across various units, reflecting a commitment to our mission and values.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients of all ages.\n
• Lead and supervise nursing personnel to ensure high standards of patient care.\n
• Administer specialized nursing care as per unit requirements and physician orders.\n
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.\n
• Demonstrate understanding of the functional and developmental age of patients served.\n\nRequirements : \n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English / Spanish or English / French) preferred.\n
• Emergency Department or ICU training required.\n
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience with clinical and leadership exposure.\n
• Familiarity with TJC standards is essential.\n
• Must hold a current Louisiana RN License.\n
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.\n
• De-Escalation Certification is advantageous.\n
