The Manager, HR Delivery is responsible for supporting the governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of HR Solutions initiatives. In this role, the Manager, HR Delivery is responsible for managing the HR technology governance tools, measurement tools, and recurring team deliverables.

Core Work Activities

Maintain Governance Activities

• Manage the administration of HR Technology governance tools
• Responsible for the administration of access to HR Technology tools; work across HR COE teams and Service Providers to ensure appropriate access for various stakeholder groups
• Reinforce adherence to HR Technology governance processes
• Manage HR Technology program calendar and other planning tools
