Job Description

Freshworks is seeking a visionary Senior Director, People Data Science & Insights to lead our next phase of analytics transformationmoving beyond dashboards to deep, predictive, and actionable insights that shape workforce strategy and executive decision-making.

This role sits at the intersection of data science, storytelling, and strategydesigned for a leader who can turn data into influence, analytics into foresight, and insights into measurable business outcomes.

You'll be responsible for evolving our People Analytics organization from foundational reporting to advanced modeling, workforce intelligence, and AI-powered insights that drive business and cultural impact globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the People Data Science & Insights strategy, establishing Freshworks as a benchmark for data-driven HR decision-making.
• Partner with the CHRO, CEO, and executive team to translate workforce data into strategic insights that shape company performance, talent density, and culture.
• Build a scalable operating model that connects data science, people analytics, and business outcomes across global teams.

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $244,000 $350,750 USD.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus / equity may be available.
