Description

• The CNC Department Lead reports directly to the Area Manager and works cooperatively with others in different area / departments
• Must be able to work with other departments and employees to troubleshoot issues and produce a resolution process to ensure service outcomes are met
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; ability to write simple correspondence; effectively communicate information to management and external sources
• Follow production schedule ensuring production standards are met
• Train new employees
• Be a positive influence for team members
• Ensure quality standards are met and first piece inspections are followed
• Report end of shift production to Area Manager
• Ensure production is ran to BMT board production schedule
• Report any employee issues to Area Manager in a timely manner
• Ensure employees know their expectations and follow direction
• Must adhere to and follow all safety requirements / policies and maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Set a good example to motivate your team to perform their best
• Have integrity be honest and humble
