Job Summary

This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical candidate with entrepreneurial spirit to create a comprehensive mental health intensive outpatient program to their own specifications, modalities, and clinical strengths. Reflecting our commitment to safety and collaboration, our evening programs are well staffed so the selected candidate will have strong colleague support and regular team interaction during their shift. The preferred candidate is a motivated clinician with prior experience working in a mental health intensive outpatient program and / or a psychiatric inpatient unit, with the psychiatric experience, confidence, and drive to bring this new program to fruition.  This is a second-shift role, but we’re making it more rewarding with flexible scheduling options for both days and hours so you can find the balance that works best for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducts a comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment and establishes a care plan, as appropriate.

Collaborates with the interdisciplinary Team to assess for appropriate level of care and risk factors; develops and implements care / discharge plan and coordinates consults / referrals to remove barriers and promote optimal clinical and financial outcomes.
