Job description

A company is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to cultivate and maintain donor relationships for sustained engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a donor pool of 100-130 accounts, ensuring appropriate stewardship and recognition

Develop and execute personalized solicitation strategies to renew and upgrade donations

Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM and analyze data to inform fundraising strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in annual fundraising, sales, or non-profit donor relations

Experience in developing donor relationships from identification to stewardship

Proven ability to manage a pipeline of active prospects and meet deadlines

Experience using a CRM system; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
