Job description

The Opportunity

Description

  • Perform daily audits of pick slots to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Audit selectors and product groups; communicate results to appropriate management levels.
  • Verify outgoing shipments for correct pallet size and quantity against shipping documentation.
  • Assemble and disassemble palletized merchandise during pre-shipment audit processes.
  • Report recurring issues from retail or dock audits to supervisors for resolution.
  • Maintain error-free audit records and complete all required paperwork accurately.
  • Collect and organize stray cases in aisles and assist in rack re-labeling projects.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM
  • Daily shift overtime or weekend work may be required due to operational needs.

    • Experience Required for Your Success

  • Previous warehouse experience required; understanding of selection and loading processes.
  • Strong math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player with ability to influence others toward accurate outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset and alertness to ensure safe, accurate completion of tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Must be certified to operate a pallet jack.

    • Physical & Environmental Requirements :

  • Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Work environment includes varying temperatures from -5°F to 95°F.
  • Daily lifting requirements range between 20 to 100 lbs.
  • Must navigate warehouse floor and tolerate physical activity, including climbing steps.
  • Exposure to common warehouse equipment and hazards such as forklifts, pallet jacks, trailers, etc.
