Emory Healthare is seeking to hire a Business Analyst IV to support our Enterprise Architecture team. You will play a critical role in supporting the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team with a primary focus on the ongoing implementation and optimization of ServiceNow vendor due diligence and application rationalization. This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity supporting governance processes and enabling effective communication and reporting across the EA portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Application Portfolio & Data Management

2. Governance & Process Improvement

3. Communication Training & Reporting

4. Vendor Due Diligence

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience with application portfolio management service management ITSM SAM and CMDB.

Familiarity with business capability modeling and data classification.

Demonstrated experience with data migration mapping and governance in enterprise systems.

Strong process improvement and change management skills.

Experience creating change management plans and building and executing communication plans.

Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering learning classes.

Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
