820 Residential Program Director

We are seeking a full-time qualified health professional who shall be designated as the clinical program director. The program director of our 820 residential facility will be responsible for the daily activities and supervision of services provided. Such a person must be an LCSW, LMSW, PhD, PsyD, LMHC, CASAC- A or CASAC- M and will have at least 3 years of full-time clinical work experience in SUD or a related treatment field.  The program director will report to the CEO.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

1) Direct, supervise and evaluate the work activities of all clinical staff including admissions and continuing care planning

2) Accountable for resident care delivery

3) Monitor on-going professional development of staff, including training

4) Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures

5) Establish work schedules and assignments for staff

6) Collaborate with Medical Director to coordinate resident care

7) Oversee compliance with NYS OASAS regulations and ensure quality, compliance

documentation of resident care

8) Collaborate with leadership in the development of a healthy and dynamic workplace

environment

9) On occasion, employees will engage in outreach activities to promote the organization to

referral partners

10) Interview, hire, train, appraise, discipline / terminate subordinate staff

11) Other duties as assigned by supervisor
