A company is looking for a Front-End Software Developer TEMP (part-time, remote).
Key Responsibilities
Integrate the existing Python backend with Plotly, React, OpenSeaDragon front-end for data visualization
Develop interactive dashboards for QC metrics, single-cell statistics, and spatial analysis
Collaborate with scientists to refine user workflows and outputs (graphs, CSVs, and reports)
Required Qualifications
Strong Python development experience (NumPy, Pandas, FastAPI)
Experience with Plotly, React, OpenSeaDragon dashboards
Handling large scientific datasets, ideally bioimaging (OME-TIFF a plus)
