- Learn the steps required to become a licensed loan officer
- Assist loan officers with basic tasks related to loan applications
- Observe client interactions, pre approval processes, and loan packaging
- Participate in training sessions related to loan programs and guidelines
- Develop the foundation needed to transition into a full producing loan officer role Qualifications :
- Understanding of loan programs guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is helpful, but not required
- Past experience with credit unions, lending institutions, real estate, financial services, or related fields is a bonus, but not required
- Possess the intention to complete a training program to obtain NMLS / MLO / state license
- Exceptional communications, sales, relationship, and MS Office skills are necessary Compensation : $80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
