About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key thought partner to the Chief Financial Officer and the executive leadership, leading the company's financial planning efforts, including the Annual Budget, 5-Year Strategic Plan, and weekly earnings forecasts. This pivotal role requires the delivery of actionable insights, driving performance, and enhancing processes to shape the financial strategy in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment. The VP will also be responsible for strategic planning, financial leadership, business partnership, decision support, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with financial best practices. Candidates for the Vice President of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of experience in financial leadership roles. A background in the automotive industry or retail environment is also preferred. The role demands a strong command of GAAP, financial modeling, and performance analytics, as well as a proven track record in leading FP&A transformations and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership. CPA and / or CFA certification is a plus.
